12. Infringement handling

If you believe that any user-generated content, input, output, or publicly displayed content on Humyze.com infringes your legal rights, including copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, please provide a written notice with:

  • Your identity and evidence of ownership or rights
  • The specific location of the allegedly infringing content, such as a URL, page, or description sufficient to locate it
  • Your contact information and a statement that the notice is accurate
  • If an agent submits the complaint, proof of authorization is also required
  • After receiving complete materials, we will review the request and take reasonable measures under applicable law, such as removal, blocking, access restriction, or other appropriate action, and may notify the relevant user where appropriate.
