1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Humyze.com, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under the account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly if you detect unauthorized use.
3. Payments
If Humyze.com offers paid plans, subscriptions, or feature packs, pricing, billing cycles, taxes, quotas, and payment-channel rules may apply. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
4. Refunds
Please try and evaluate the service before purchase. For special circumstances such as extended unavailability of core paid features, please see the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including restrictions against infringement, abuse, fraud, harassment, security disruption, excessive automation, and use of tools for academic misconduct, false claims of human authorship, or evasion of platform review. View AUP.
6. Intellectual property and user content
You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, display, and transmit your content only as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the services. You represent that you have sufficient rights and will not submit infringing, unlawful, or platform-violating content.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. AI text humanization, AI detection, article generation, and BM25/BM25F analysis results are for assistance only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, directly publishable, or accepted by any third-party platform, school, search engine, or detection system. Review results yourself before formal use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service, unlawful conduct, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The governing law and dispute-resolution rules for these Terms are those separately disclosed on the site, during the order process, or by the service operator. Non-English versions are provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version controls.
